Combination of our Dundee Iron Filbert Estate and our Yamhill-Carlton Quartz Acorn Estate. Clones 76 and 95. Our chardonnay is slowly hand-selected and whole-bunch pressed. No settling time before barreling. 100% barrel fermented in neutral tanks with indigenous yeasts. Full (secondary) malolactic fermentation. Aged on the lees for 11 months in 100% neutral French oak. 670 cases produced.
