TASTING NOTES:
Intense ruby red, the nose expresses ample and enveloping aromas with hints of tobacco and persuasive notes of vanilla and cocoa. On the palate it reveals a perfect balance between softness and acidity, with velvety and sweet tannins, of inflexible elegance and decisive persistence.
THE WINE:
Villa Gresti combines the charisma and strength of Merlot with the power of Carmenère: a refined blend that encapsulates the history of the Estate's oldest vineyards. Vinified in cement tanks, it matures in new barriques for just over a year before further long refinement in the bottle. A velvety, caressing, decisive and elegant red like few others of its kind, whose structure is masterful and which makes it particularly suitable for long aging. ELEGANCE IS GUARANTEED.
