Talò Negroamaro Salento IGP, 100% Negroamaro aged in barrique. A classic of the territory that frankly expresses all the varietal notes: the impenetrable red color, the remarkable structure and the fascinating tannin.
PRODUCTION AREA:
San Marzano (TA), Salento, Puglia. About 100 m above sea level. The area is characterized by high thermal sums and medium-low rainfall. Soil: Medium clayey texture, shallow and with good presence of skeleton.
VINIFICATION AND REFINING:
Thermo-controlled maceration and alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts for about 10 days. Aged in French oak barriques for 4-6 months.
THE WINE:
Purple red color with violet reflections; intense and persistent aroma, with hints of blackcurrant and berries, spicy, with balsamic and vanilla notes. Full-bodied, velvety and harmonious wine, with a long and savoury finish
