The Alfabeto line includes wines that come from the selection of vineyards distributed in the different terroirs of the Janare company. As in conducting an orchestra, where each component must give the best of itself, ensuring absolute harmony to the whole, here the work consists in selecting, in each vintage, the best grapes coming from different soils, morphologies and microclimates, with the result of an unfailing constancy of character and quality, which our valley is always able to guarantee.
THE WINE:
White vinification in the absence of oxygen and short cryomacerations at a temperature of 10°C. Fermentation carried out in steel at 13-15°C for about 20 days. Straw yellow color with green reflections. The nose expresses intense floral and fruity notes of considerable intensity. In the mouth it combines a notable complexity with a pleasant freshness.
FOOD PAIRINGS It pairs well with appetizers and seafood or vegetable first courses. Excellent with white meats. Perfect with soft cheeses. Intriguing when paired with Neapolitan pizza.
