THE WINE:
Greenish-white in color. Its surprising aroma is elegant, with citrus and floral notes and a hint of spicy and peppery character. The extraordinary freshness and complexity of its taste make this wine extremely pleasant.
VINIFICATION AND REFINING:
The harvested grapes were immediately taken to the cellar, where, after careful selection and destemming, the raw material was delicately pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks for 12-14 days at a temperature below 16 °C. The wine was stored in stainless steel tanks for several months until bottling.
CULINARY PAIRING:
Great pairing with Asian food, seafood such as shrimp, smoked salmon, dishes with applesauce and goat cheese.
