REFINEMENT:
The wine is left to age on the lees in steel tanks for 10 months and a few months in the bottle. Available exclusively with a Stelvin screw cap by the French company Pechiney: we decided on this very technical closure to keep intact the fragrance and the organoleptic qualities obtained first in the vineyard and then in the cellar.
THE WINE:
Afix Riesling from Riesling grapes vinified partially on the skins. It has a bright straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. The scent is very intense, persistent, slightly aromatic, characteristic of the grape variety, pleasantly fruity. It has a dry, fresh flavor, very balanced for the velvety texture and the lively backbone. To accompany with: It goes well with vegetable creams, shellfish, baked fish with sauce.
CULINARY PAIRING:
Particularly successful with sea bass in white almond sauce.
