A wine with great structure and acidity, Riesling, with its mineral character, offers pleasantly complex and elegant notes.
THE WINE:
The white Riesling wine by Tenuta San Leonardo has a color that recalls the shade of straw, light and not too concentrated to the eye. The olfactory spectrum starts from citrus and mineral notes and then turns towards sensations of tropical fruit and touches that recall flint. In the mouth it has an excellent structure, with a dynamic sip, characterized by a fresh and savory imprint, which ends with a finish of excellent persistence. An excellent label, which reveals its Alpine charm. Ageing resistance 10 years and more.
VINIFICATION AND REFINING:
12 hours of cold maceration, soft pressing and fermentation for about 20/25 days. 12 months on its own yeasts in French oak Tonneaux, first and second passage.

Perfect to drink with blue cheeses, fresh cheeses, steamed fish and shellfish, smoked fish.
