The label of this wine features the work of a local artist every year.
From 2001 to today we have had the honor and pleasure of toasting the vernissage of the painters who have joined our initiative. Ripe apricot and apple fruits emerge in the mouth to leave room for a nice acidity.
THE WINE:
Bright straw yellow color. Pleasant hints of ripe fruit ranging from apple to apricot with a mineral finish. In the mouth it is well balanced, fresh and savoury. Excellent as an aperitif or with meat dishes, fish and fresh or slightly matured cheeses. Obtained from grapes harvested in crates. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels where the wine then ages for 8 months. Aged in bottle for 6 months
EXPOSURE AND ALTITUDE: south, 400 metres above sea level TYPE OF SOIL: sandy (70%), silty (30%), no
of limestone, it is a flaked granite rock with rare clay
