Moscato, an aromatic grape of the Piedmontese tradition, is expressed in a wine with an intense and characteristic aroma, characterized by a great correspondence with the fruit and by the natural sugar residue. The low alcohol content makes it extremely drinkable.

VINIFICATION:
The hand-picked grapes were crushed and, before being pressed, they rested for a short time in the press to facilitate the extraction of aromas. The free-run must was transferred to stainless steel vats where alcoholic fermentation took place until a 5% alcohol content was obtained, interrupted by refrigeration. The wine was clarified, filtered and then bottled.
TASTING NOTES:
Moscato d'Asti by Prunotto has an intense straw yellow color. On the nose, the characteristic aroma of Moscato combines with notes of sage and hawthorn. On the palate it is full, vigorous and elegant, with a harmonious, fresh and pleasant finish.
