TASTING NOTES:
Santa Maria 2023 presents a wonderful bright ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose is characterized by wonderful fruity sensations that range from small black and red berries to ripe plum. The floral scents recall delicate notes of iris and red rose. The Mediterranean component is also pleasant with a light sensation of sage. This, over time, merges with notes of delicate spiciness. On the palate it is lively with a beautiful present and caressing tannin. The taste-olfactory correspondence is remarkable. Soft and with a beautiful taste finish.
CULINARY PAIRING:
Stewed meats such as rabbit or chicken, but also excellent with medium-aged cheeses, it is a particularly versatile wine in pairings.
