THE WINE:
On the nose it develops aromas of black and red fruits accompanied by notes of wood and smoke. On the palate we find a wine of beautiful breadth with velvety tannins. The intense and delicious flavors of fruit are harmoniously combined to offer a silky and warm wine. fermentation in wood from 15 to 19 days. Aging in oak barrels for 15 months (30% new) selected for their finesse placed in cellars with constant humidity and natural temperature. Serve with beef fillet with slowly cooked vegetables, strawberry tart.
