VINIFICATION:
The techniques in the vineyard, including the summer thinning of the bunches, are all aimed at containing the production between 600 and 800 grams of grapes per plant. The bunches are individually selected by expert eyes and hands before starting the vinification process which includes, among other things, a 20% bloodletting and a long period of maceration that goes beyond the fermentation phase. 18 months in barrique and 12 months in bottle
THE WINE:
Intense red color, the nose feels the typical note of Cabernet Franc, lymphatic, spicy varietal; then you perceive the depth of Cabernet Sauvignon. On the palate it is intense and elegant, deep and tasty. Intense and complex finish with very sweet tannins.

In the agricultural company that extends for about 280 hectares in the municipality of Montecchio, we have identified and selected an area that has, in terms of exposure, position and composition, the ideal characteristics for the production of a great Cabernet.
