AT THE SIGHT:
The wine has an antique pink colour, a rather dense perlage and a very delicate foam.
ON THE NOSE:
Bouquet with fruity aromas of wild strawberry, fig and raspberry, together with spicier hints of pink pepper, mineral and very light smoky tones.
ON THE PALATE:
On the palate it is dry, crisp, harmonious, with well-integrated freshness reminiscent of blackcurrant and pink grapefruit, along with a spicy cinnamon finish.
FOOD PAIRING:
Ideal to accompany aperitifs based on soft and creamy cheeses; pork, fish, seafood.
