THE WINE:
Cuvée Voyage has a wonderful clear straw yellow color and persistent perlage. On the nose it is fragrant, with notes of white-fleshed fruit, such as white peach and ripe apple; to the fruity, composite and complex tone are added memories of pineapple and lemon, but also hints of white flowers and floral notes reminiscent of lime. In the mouth it is savory, fresh and vertical, with a refreshing acidic vein and a solid body but without excess. The finish is harmonious. Maturation: 24 months on the lees
