It is a Trentodoc obtained from the best Chardonnay grapes from the Lunelli family vineyards on the slopes of the mountains that frame Trento, up to 600 meters above sea level. It ages on the lees for over 10 years, acquiring great complexity but at the same time maintaining balance, freshness and elegance. It is consecrated by an uninterrupted succession of prizes and awards in Italy, where it has won the “Tre occhiali” from Gambero Rosso 24 times, and abroad, where it has obtained the highest scores from the most authoritative trade magazines including 98/100 from Decant er and 97/100 from Wine Advocate.
AT THE SIGHT:
Chardonnay with precious golden reflections on a bright yellow. The perlage is very fine and persistent.
ON THE NOSE:
Intense and complex bouquet, with a marked minerality, enriched by exotic scents. The perceptions of white chocolate and hazelnut are followed by balsamic notes and precious brushstrokes of spices, beeswax and honey.
ON THE PALATE:
Sumptuous suggestions emerge from the creamy and velvety body, with fragrances of acacia honey accompanied by notes of exotic fruit. The ultra-decade aging on the yeasts gives a finish of great complexity, which strikes for its elegance and freshness.
