THE WINE:
This Gewürztraminer is as delicate and elegant as the sound of a piano. This is why it was named in honor of the famous piece “Für Elise” by Beethoven. Multifaceted and complex aromas, a very refined wine thanks to its good balance between body and finesse. Rich and varied bouquet with hints of rose petals, vanilla, cinnamon, ripe apricots, lychees and passion fruit. Bright citrus yellow color, rich and varied bouquet with hints of cinnamon and vanilla. Aroma of rose petals, fruity fragrances of ripe apricots and lychees. Refined wine thanks to the extraordinary balance between body and finesse. Ageing potential: 3-5 years.
CULINARY PAIRING:
Suitable as an aperitif and ideal with fish dishes and Asian cuisine. Serving temperature: 10-12° C.
