The first label produced by Giulio Ferrari at the beginning of the twentieth century is the Blanc de Blanc with an unmistakable style that conquers with its freshness and fragrance.
Bright straw yellow and perlage of remarkable persistence. Of great intensity. The fruity notes typical of Chardonnay prelude pleasant hints of bread crust and hazelnut given by over 30 months of aging on the yeasts. Fresh and of great finesse, it makes the sip inviting and satisfying. The long finish offers nuances of citrus and mineral sensations.
