ON THE NOSE:
The nose is complete and fickle, a mix of flowers and fruits, followed by the union of vegetal and mineral notes. The bouquet is tactile, a discreet invitation to follow the powdery trail of white flowers, surrounded by the sweetness of apricot and mirabelle, to then arrive at the freshness of rhubarb and mint, up to the minerality of ash. White pepper.
ON THE PALATE:
Energy dominates the palate. After a pleasant opening, the wine quickly becomes vibrant and then literally explodes. The effervescence is rampant, the sensation is tonic. The finish, which converges on acidic and bitter notes, narrows and becomes penetrating, leaving its mark, characterized by ginger, tobacco and toasted aromas.
VINTAGE :
2013 is a return to the late vintages. After a cold and wet winter, a very cool and rainy spring, the hot and dry summer was particularly beneficial for the quality of the grapes.
