A profound tribute to the place where we have put down our roots, loving and defending them; the synthesis of a vineyard heritage that tells of the meticulous care we dedicate to every single phase of processing and the respect we give to "time", choosing nature and its extraordinary biodiversity as our only guide and unit of measurement.
THE WINE:
This cuvée represents the essence of Franciacorta and the idea of harmony of the Metodo Franciacorta by Bellavista. It is made with mainly Chardonnay grapes, then Pinot Noir and a small amount of Pinot Blanc. In the cellar it is assembled by expert hands, starting from numerous harvest selections and some “reserve” wines from previous years, an essential treasure to perpetuate the style of the house over time. Another decisive factor is the fermentation and élevage of part of the base wines in small white oak barrels, capable of providing intensity and complexity. The color of the wine is straw yellow with green reflections, the perlage fine and continuous. Broad and enveloping, the aromas range from ripe fruit to fresh flowers, up to notes of vanilla and pastry. In the mouth it is savory and complete, fresh and vibrant, decidedly coherent on the aromatic level. Long and harmonious finish.
