THE VINTAGE:
The 2019 harvest at Haras de Pirque expressed extraordinary varietal characteristics, thanks to a cool spring followed by a generally warm summer capable of achieving excellent ripening. The temperature range recorded from January to April was capable of giving the wines freshness and elegance.
VINIFICATION AND REFINING:

At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine was transferred to barriques, where it aged for a period of 12 months.
