Its indication of typicality (IGT Alpi Retiche) means that the grapes of Nebbiolo they come from terraced vineyards throughout the province of Sondrio.
THE WINE:
In appearance it has a bright ruby red color, quite transparent. The scent on the nose expresses fresh and fruity aromas of clean and pleasant berries, which open with notes of cherry, currant and strawberry followed by aromas of rose and violet. The taste in the mouth opens with a fresh and pleasant flavor. Medium-bodied wine. Maceration for 6 days, maturation for 8 months in steel and aging in bottle for 6 months. SOIL TYPE: sandy (70%), silty (30%), no
limestone is a flaked granite rock with rare clay.
FOOD PAIRING:
Excellent with medium-structured dishes, vegetable-based appetizers or cured meats such as Bresaola, soups, white meats, flans, salads, creams and fresh cheeses. The optimal serving temperature is 14° C in a tall, wide glass.
