This vine is native to Burgundy where it has been known since the 14th century. Today it is widespread throughout the world. Chardonnay grows in the lower Isarco Valley where it finds the ideal climatic conditions that characterize its typical flavor.

Greenish yellow color. Fruity, delicate, characteristic nose. Slender, fresh, lively palate, with a pleasant body, with hints of pineapple and banana
light appetizers, oysters, seafood, fish and white meat dishes
VINIFICATION:
Gentle processing and pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation on the noble lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation
