Alìe, a figure from Greek mythology, one of the sea nymphs, a symbol of sensuality and beauty. Alìe, an elegant Rosé with a light, pure color, with subtle ruby reflections. A refined balance between Syrah and Vermentino, which find their maximum expression in the proximity to the sea. Aromas of white flowers, wild strawberries and citrus peels blend into a delicate structure with hints of minerality typical of the area, which give a long and rich finish. Enchanting from aperitif to meals and in good company.

VINIFICATION AND MATURATION:
The secret of Alìe lies in the combination of territorial characteristics, vineyard management and obviously the human factor. The grapes, once harvested, were transported to the cellar in a short time so as not to spoil or damage the bunches. One of the highlights of the production of Alìe was the pressing phase. The bunches, whole and in the absence of oxygen, were loaded into the press. The pressure applied during this phase was extremely soft and delicate; this process together with the careful selection of the musts and a subsequent decantation of these, for no less than 12 hours, made it possible to enhance the distinctive characteristics of this seductive rosé. The fermentations took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of less than 19° C. After a few months of maturation on fine lees, subsequently also including a period in the bottle, Alìe 2021 was ready to seduce and fascinate, making every sip passionate.
TASTING NOTES:
Alìe 2024 has a beautiful pale pink color. The nose is dominated by rather intense fruity and floral scents such as peach but also rose and peony. The citrus notes perfectly integrated into the context give a wonderful freshness even more accentuated by the delicate iodine scents. The bouquet is all in progress and at a later stage sensations of aromatic herbs such as thyme and sage appear. The taste-olfactory correspondence is impressive, furthermore on the palate you perceive a wonderful freshness combined with sapidity. Alìe is a full, silky and soft wine.
