Refund Policy

To return a product purchased on the Lwine online store, simply send an email within 7 days of delivery of the order to lorenzo.voltan@icloud.com, describing the reason for the return. Shipping costs for any returns are the responsibility of the customer.

No replacement requests or complaints are accepted for bottles of rare wines. Each bottle has had its own history of conservation and has been checked before being put on sale by Lwine sommeliers. However, we cannot guarantee that after so many years the wine is still perfectly preserved.
