Young, enthusiastic and determined in pursuing a dream that consciously matured during the lockdown period and today that dream has turned into a beautiful reality. We are talking about the wine shop « LWine » in via Porta Mugnaia 9, a small jewel of taste and beauty, nestled in the town center, opened on December 10th last year. Those who enter the place are struck by the enthusiasm, competence and friendliness of Lorenzo, proud to show his wines alongside his partner Laura who follows him in that refined search to know the lands, the vines, the producers and the entire supply chain and taste the excellence. «I have always had the idea, since I was a boy, of being able to open something of my own, then it finally came true thanks to my partner Laura and our parents and this wine shop truly represents my whole world. For me, coming into the shop in the morning is like feeling at home, it doesn't feel like work because it's something I built myself and whoever comes into our shop must feel at home, we want to convey our passion through wine and guide the customer on a journey of taste. I have taken many training courses with national and international certifications. I would never go back, obviously there are difficulties but those can be overcome. We look for specific labels that are not found, in most cases, in large-scale distribution. We always try to maintain the bond with the customer, we like to pamper them" recalled the Biassono natives, both 26 years old. Projects for the future? "In the distant future we would like to have a vineyard of our own and open a wine shop in France". After graduating as an electrical engineer, Lorenzo started working in a company but with the desire to open something of his own and Laura, with a degree in public and corporate relations, manages more the communication aspects. The wine shop opens for themed evenings with the Biassono chef, Lorenzo Pozzi . Next event will be held on July 11th with a tasting evening.”
